The park and the surf beach are across Seaview terrace from the cafes. The mineral pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. The space 3 Minute Walk: This beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the living area and 2 bedrooms are air conditioned and ceiling fans are fitted throughout There is 1 king sized bed and a single in the master suite and a queen sized bed in another air conditioned bedroom. There are an additional 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. Bedroom 1: King and single Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: 2 x single Bedroom 4: 2 x singles There is a large undercover outdoor area with ceiling fans overlooking the magnesium mineral pool We supply good, unlimited broadband wifi as well. The house has security screens and ceiling fans throughout. There are 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet, including a bath. There is laundry room with washer and dryer The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with ice makers and water dispenser All the local cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of a couple of minutes Open plan living and dining area with adjacent kitchen equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, television, dvd player, board and card games, books and dvds. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, cooktop and oven. If you do decide to use a car there are plenty of attractions to explore from this convenient location including the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with eclectic shops and waterfall rainforest walks (30 - 60 minutes), Australia Zoo (25minutes), The Ginger Factory (40 minutes), Eumundi Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays (60 minutes), Currimundi and Bulcock Street (Caloundra’s main street) Markets on Sunday mornings (5-10minutes), Moffat Beach parks, playgrounds, shops, cafes, restaurants, brewery with live music some Sundays (5 minutes or walk along the beach in 15 minutes), Woolworths Currimundi (5 minutes), Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shopping World (30 and 20 minutes), Noosa National Park (70 minutes) and Underwater World (25 minutes). NO PARTIES or large gatherings - this is a beautiful house for nice, polite people to enjoy. If you plan to have a loud party please go somewhere else. If you break glasses, crockery etc please replace it with something similar or let us know and we will replace it out of your bond for you. Bond is $500 but may change. Absolutely no smoking inside any part of the house - $200 fine applies. ALL LINEN IS INCLUDED Breaking the house rule may result in additional charges. Management reserves the right to enter the premises at anytime if it is believed that the House Rules are not being abided by. We respectfully reserve the right to correct changes and adjust the prices from time to time, and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Rules may exist at different times, that dictate the minimum number of days for a particular rate to apply, or that require arrival on a particular day of the week with weekly bookings etc. Thank you. There are 6 steps to enter the house and then it is on a single level. Alternatively you can walk up a gravel path to the rear of the house to completely avoid stairs Other things to note Dogs are strictly by request with a maximum of 2 dogs only and additional fees and conditions apply.
