Newly restored old building on private land, capacity 4/6 people. On the ground floor room of 40 m2 including kitchen, dining area and living room with double sofa bed (+ €40 if used)+ WC/sink. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 100 and 110 cm, shower room and separate toilet. There is also a large terrace surrounded by lawn and private parking. The gite is 2.5 km from the sea and Utah-Beach Beach. Rental from Saturday to Saturday exclusively. The space Due to the doubling of the tourist tax in one year and in order not to penalize our guests, we have decided to voluntarily downgrade our cottage from 5 to 4 stars. However, it remains very comfortable. The cottage is equipped with: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, wood-burning fireplace, TV with DVD/Blue Ray player, CD player radio, garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue, deck chairs. Underfloor heating on both levels is provided by a geothermal heat pump. Possibility of sleeping 2 additional people (beyond 4) in the very comfortable sofa bed (supplement €40/week). Linens and towels are provided upon arrival. Telephone included (access to landlines & mobiles in France, excluding special numbers). The cottage must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, cleaning service possible (€50). 4-star tourist tax to be paid on arrival €1.5/night/adult over 18 (€3 for a 5-star) Guest access The building is completely independent on a 450 m2 lot with private entrance, parking for 2 cars, metal gate that locks.
