A private short term two bed/two bath unit at our primary residence. Two story with internal stairs. Trees plants grace yard. Enjoy sun on patio or view hills from upstairs. Evenings catch a sunset from balcony. Mornings in breakfast nook, enjoy house coffee & espresso. Queen beds, & 2 sofas. Downstairs and upstairs. Radiant heated wall & floors. 2 TVs. Lots of sun. No parties pls, and no more that 6 people present or excessive noise which can be heard by neighbors. No parties. 13 nite max The space My property offers you two bedrooms and two bathrooms for temporary use; Kitchen, living / dining rooms and bed/bath suite. The cozy downstairs includes a bedroom / bath suite (downstairs bath is compact, but has a big, rustic-tiled shower), and sitting room with couch and TV (not cable uses roku + iPhone plug). Laundry room with washer and dryer onsite detergent provided - door code. Downstairs is semi-private from upstairs so this can work if two couples want their own privacy. The address is 1718 Chestnut Street, Berkeley. You will love this place, the advanced City of Berkeley, the proximity to UC, BART, and a half dozen cafes within 10 minutes. The guest space is temporarily yours, plus the front patio. We live nextdoor and we have cats and often a small dog that may bark at you. We also provide Netflix on the tv. Guest access You will use most of the 2 bed 2 bath apartment to yourselves, including its outdoor second story balcony, and out front a dedicated patio with table and chairs. There's a locked off door downstairs to our space, labeled 'office'; you can lock it from your side. This is how the cleaners can access the unit after your checkout time, so please leave it unlocked when you check out.. Other things to note This is a fairly quiet street with easy parking - 1st Weds and Thurs is Street Sweeping ! Please checkout by 11 AM on your day of checkout. Maximum booking allowed is 13 nights
