Our home is a traditional,restored Medieval home, perfect for families,couples vacation and anyone who wants to spend a quiet relaxing time with loved ones! A fully equipped,modern home with a beautiful garden. The perfect place to capture the Mediterranean essence! Our place is located right next to St. Athanasius gate, a quiet neighborhood near the center, which is sheltered from the noise.All sights of the Old Town, the shopping markets, restaurants and bars, are within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The space Full of character and charm,Oikia Rosa, is situated inside the Medieval Town with all comforts needed to offer relaxing and memorable holidays. The high stone walls surrounding the private garden offer privacy and tranquillity. Inside, the house is full of character and colourful touches. The ground floor features a spacious dining/living area with a fireplace, sofa bed, Smart TV (with Netflix), and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and more). A washing machine, ironing facilities, and bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed, air-condition, and ceiling fan giving that extra cool breeze for a good night sleep. There is also a second bathroom and a shower room. From the living room, a patio door opens to a picturesque private courtyard, offering a warm welcome into your own tranquil garden escape. The outdoor space features a charming dining area with a table and chairs, comfortable deck chairs for lounging, a large umbrella for shade, and a dedicated BBQ area. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy meals in the shade — or unwind next to the lush bougainvillea, soaking up the relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. A fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a safe are also provided. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. All sights of the Old Town, monuments, museums, super market, pharmacy and entertainment district with taverns, restaurants and bars, are within a 5 - 10 minute walk from the house.
