Welcome to Cotswolds Thatch Cottage. Beautiful thatched cottage: private garden and parking. Rural views yet walk to pubs & shops. Character features offers a real getaway in a special place called Broadway, The Cotswolds. Broadway has great pubs, day spa, butchers, deli, supermarket, gift shops, homewares, fashions, art etc. Cycle hire, horse riding, steam train & castles are near by as well as National Trust stately homes. The space Imagine experiencing rural life in a centuries old thatched cottage located in the heart of Broadway which is known as the Jewel of the Cotswolds and The Show Village of England. Enjoy relaxing rural views front and back, numerous sheep and the clickety-clack of horses trotting by yet it's a short walk to the numerous pubs and all of Broadway's excellent quality independent shops, cafes, little supermarket, butchers, art galleries, boutiques, deli's etc. Broadway is a breathtakingly beautiful and therefore popular and thriving village. There are eateries to suit all budgets as well as galleries, tea rooms, boutiques as well as a practical, yet a discreetly tucked away cash machine and a grocery store plus butcher, off the high street. You could easily think that you have stepped back in time. Guest access The whole cottage including its own private garden/backyard. Plus private parking for up to two cars. Other things to note The cottage is a short walk to the High Street which is a vibrant and thriving place to be during the day and is very very pretty. This is the country-side. It is dark and quiet at night - yippee! - (people are enjoying themselves in a pub or two, rather than being on the street like in a city) and you may hear an owl or two. We do provide a torch should you want to have a midnight stroll and the torch is recommended for walking back to the cottage at night. It is a lovely walk.
