Pleasant and comfortable vacation home with garden, in a small private and secure residence. Pretty beach 700 m away, between forest and cliffs. Swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September), tennis, ping pong and shared petanque courts in the residence. Come and discover the charm of Meschers, its port, its daily market, its caves... Numerous bike paths on the coast and nearby entertainment/recreation. (all amenities 1.5 km away) The space We offer our house, 68 m2, semi-detached, and rated 3*. Booking from Sunday to Sunday in the summer. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - A living room overlooking the garden (see plan): a sofa bed with superior quality mattress (160 x 200 bed) - A living room with an open and equipped kitchen: fridge combined with freezer in the lower part, dishwasher, combined microwave oven (multifunction), coffee maker, kettle, blender, mixer, toaster etc... - Washing machine in the kitchen - Flat-screen TV - Bathroom with shower 120 x 80 - A separate toilet UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 bed - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 x 90 x 190) - Bedroom 3 => cabin bedroom: 1 bed 90 x 190 - Toilet The staircase leading to the floor is not safe for young children: no safety gate. The staircase is not particularly dangerous, but remains a staircase accessible to toddlers since there is no barrier. THE OUTSIDE: At the front: 24 m2 terrace with garden furniture At the back: 20 m2 terrace with garden furniture + parasol, trolley for electric plancha Fully enclosed 195 m2 garden Deckchairs/sun loungers. No garage access. FOR BABIES: Baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request. Linens and towels not provided. Some books, board games, tennis rackets and table tennis are left at the disposal of tenants. No Wi-Fi on site (disconnected holidays ;), 4G works however. You will be greeted by us or our concierge. The residence, which is very well maintained, allows everyone to enjoy its swimming pool with its 2 pools (open mid-June to mid-September), its tennis court, its ping-pong table and its petanque courts, according to the residence's rules. Pets (trained) are welcome, only one dog however. However, they are not allowed to go upstairs (bedrooms) or on the sofas. For everyone's peace of mind, no parties or noise. CLEANING: A minimum of cleaning is required at the end of the stay (kitchen area, garbage cans, oven, fridge). Maintenance and cleaning products are available. Neighborhood overview The residence is located 700 m from Vergnes Beach, a typical beach between cliffs and forest, and is very close to Suzac Forest (access via an easy path from the residence). We walk to the beach via a small, quiet road from the residence. (10') Former fishing village, Meschers-sur-Gironde has the charm of a village and the assets of a city with its daily market, port, caves and cliffs, restaurants and shops (including a Super U supermarket) and many summer activities. The residence is located 1.5 km from Meschers center. Numerous leisure activities nearby: beaches, sailing school, paddle or canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, forest trails, tree climbing, bowling, cinema, trampolines... Surf school in Royan, and practice possible on 2 "spots": Pontaillac beach (15') or the Côte Sauvage (30')
