The spacious formal lounge rooms have a grand but cozy atmosphere with a baby grand piano, extensive book collection, large TV, Bluetooth music system, board games. Each of the 8 sleep spaces have been furnished to provide every guest high-end comfort during their stay, as well as spectacular views of the magnificent gardens. We have a well-appointed gourmet kitchen for both the professional caterer and the family cook. Outside, the Homestead enjoys private undercover outdoor entertaining facilities including a top of the range built in BBQ and the huge Vesuvio commercial wood fired Pizza oven. Feel pampered and relaxed using the outdoor spa area or chill out beside the tranquil pond and the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a game on the Tennis Court or a dip in the 17m heated swimming pool (heated from October 1st through to April 30th; closed in cooler months). Have a drink and a chat in the stunning pool house. Tire out the kids on the trampoline, swing set and large outdoor chessboard. Chickens wander the property and munch on food scraps. Our ducks and geese enjoy visits at the dam or pond. Guest access When you book to stay at Kalinya Estate, you will have exclusive use of the 6 acres and the properties facilities- pool, tennis court, therapeutic hotter/spa, swings, trampoline, chess and games. There will be no additional bookings during your stay. The property is maintained and monitored by the owners and some grounds staff, who you may see during your stay. Other things to note NOTE- We do not arrange events through Airbnb. We only arrange events/celebrations/ weddings or corporate retreats directly through our website. You will need to discuss and get approval from us in advance, as fees for additional visitors/day guests do apply. There is an unfenced dam and pond on the Kalinya Estate grounds.
