The light-flooded apartment in the basement of the owner-occupied house is the ideal start for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether hiking, cycling, biking or a trip to the Schönbuch, a visit to Ritter Sport or a city tour in Stuttgart - there is something for everyone. 2 terraces and soon a small garden will also be at your disposal. The space The apartment has an area of 32 m² and was completely renovated in the course of the new acquisition of the house. The kitchenette can be "hidden" with sliding curtains - the entrance area can also be closed with an opaque curtain so that together with the shutters the room can be completely darkened for a good night's sleep. The room has two double beds, one 1.80 x 2.00 m and one 1.40 x 2.00 m, so that even 4 people can sleep well. Guest access Access is only to the in-law apartment. Access is also possible by arrangement outside the specified times, provided the apartment is already cleaned for rent. The key is located in an externally accessible key box. Other things to note We now offer our guests the opportunity to charge their electric car at our charging station type 2 with green electricity. It will then be billed subsequently according to the consumption at 35 cents/kWh. Basically, we have nothing against a house-trained dog in the apartment, as long as it doesn't destroy our apartment. For stays with a dog, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €20 per stay. If you are not used to airplanes, we recommend taking earplugs with you, so that a really restful sleep is guaranteed. However, we also put some on the bed :) We have put a room fragrance in the room, you don't want to smell the previous guest. If you don't want it, please let us know and we'll clear it out. The room will be ready after 3 pm and should be vacated by 10 am the next day. An iron is available on request. If there is a longer need, please contact us.
