Hamelin Bay "LinRiebie" - Karri Forest Experience

Linriebie is set in the stunning karri forests of the south west of Western Australia on the edge of the Boranup Forest. Our house is situated just a 2 minute drive from the beach at Hamelin Bay. It is located between the magnificent winery areas of Margaret River and stunningly quaint coastal town of Augusta where the beautiful Blackwood River meets the Southern Ocean. The beach is one of the most stunning in Australia. Walking, water activities, fine food it's all here. This place is perfect! The space Linriebie is located on two acres of Karri Forest with plenty of parking and room for a boat. It is a two minute drive to Hamelin Bay Beach with access to a boat ramp so you can enjoy many water sports opportunities. Be amazed by the local wildlife often sighted in the bay including dolphin and stingrays. If you are lucky you might even see migrating whales. Linriebie offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With king bed, two queen beds, and 3 single beds it caters for any sleeping configuration. It also boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen and all laundry facilities you may need. There is a large lounge room and dining area that seats 8 people. Guest access The whole house is open for you to enjoy. The outdoor decking seats up to 12 people comfortably. This spacious decking allows for barbecues, relaxation and hosting friends. However please appreciate that this is not a party house and there are neighbours close by. It is a place to relax and rejuvenate, rest and unwind. The decking is fantastic so please enjoy it in a quiet, respectful and peaceful manner. The lounge has a cosy wood fire for those cold winter nights and reverse cycle air conditioning is there for your added comfort. The property has two bathrooms and two toilets. It also has the added challenge for the brave guest of showering under our outdoor bush shower. Yes, it has warm water. Please NOTE that we offer guests the opportunity to hire linen from us at $25 per head or bring their own. When hiring linen guests have beds made up, yowels provided and stripping of beds on departure and subsequent laundry. When bring own linen gusts must bring top and bottom sheets, pillow slips and their own towels. The top sheet is the sheet that goes between the doona and a person's body. The linen must fit the bedding configuration selected. The house has 1 x king bed, 2 x queen beds and 3 x single beds. Other things to note Doonas, pillows, tea towels, bath mats are provided and sheets, pillow slips and towels are available for hire ($25 per person) on request or guests can provide their own. ALL other linen needs are provided and are inclusive of doonas, doona covers, rugs, mattress and pillow protectors, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. In cooler weather there are also blankets in each room. If hiring it is a direct payment to us and not Airbnb so we will send through the BSB and Account details once you confirm. We will also need to know which beds you would like made up. Please inform us at the time of making the initial request to allow our cleaners to set up their monthly schedules. We can provide a recently purchased porta-cot with its in-built mattress free of charge but you will need to bring your own cot linen. We also have a high chair for use if you so require. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, bread maker, gas cook top and oven. There is a cosy wood fire plus reverse cycle air conditioner to keep the temperature just as you like it. We also have a warm outdoor bush shower, satellite TV, washing machine and dryer available. Set amongst a magnificent karri forest be amazed at the splendors nature can offer at local caves or take in the sunset from Augusta's breathtaking lighthouse.
