The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. The French windows open onto the terrace, perfect for your meals or to enjoy a moment of relaxation with stunning views of the castle. 🌳 Terrace and Garden with Trees The house has a shaded terrace that enjoys a beautiful exposure and a small wooded garden, ideal for protecting yourself from the sun and cooling off during the summer. This outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to relax or share an aperitif with friends and family. 🛏 Comfort and Privacy for All All four bedrooms are air-conditioned for pleasant nights. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower for extra comfort. The dormitory, equipped with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, is also air-conditioned and has its own bathroom and toilet, as well as direct access to the garden. 🏊‍ Relaxation and Freshness Enjoy a private 2 x 5 m swimming pool, accessible from June to September, for refreshing swimming moments under the Provençal sun. *Swimming pool secured by an alarm. **The swimming pool can be heated depending on the season: from April to June and during the month of September.** 🚗 Convenience and Tranquility A closed garage allows you to park your car with peace of mind. 📍 Ideal Location Just a short walk from downtown, you are close to shops, restaurants and the famous Château de Grignan. We also provide: • Baby equipment: 1 portable crib, 1 high chair and 1 bathtub on request. • Board games: Scrabble, Uno, Monopoly, Yahtzee, 6 who takes, Saboteur) card game, game of 7 families, tarot, outdoor games such as wooden bowling, balloons... *** Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases), towels and linen (tea towels and tablecloths) are provided. *Coffee maker: Filter + Nespresso *** You will find in the village: bakery, newspapers/tobacco, pharmacy/doctors, cash machines, cafes, clothing stores, jewelry, decoration... and many restaurants. An Intermarché supermarket is 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. The Grignan market takes place every Tuesday, you can discover the local producers and specialities of the region: lavender essential oil, honey, olives, nougat, picodon (goat cheese), wines (PDO Grignan-les-Adhémar), ravioli, caillettes. From the house, many paths will allow you to walk or hike on foot or by bike through the Drôme nature, between lavender fields, vineyards and undergrowth. Guest access Entire accommodation with garden and garage (except one room reserved for our personal belongings). Other things to note The house is located by the departmental road but set back so there is little noise pollution but we can hear the passage of cars especially in rainy weather. *** Due to several inconveniences, we unfortunately no longer accept pets.
