This is a minimalist, sleek, and tranquil space, tastefully furnished in a relaxed style. As you would expect from an architect designed space, attention to detail has not been spared. A separate scullery, full laundry, and library are hidden from view - leaving the living area uncluttered and serene. The master bedroom is a calm place: sizeable and spacious, featuring a king bed with quality linens. Two large windows frame the plane tree view behind the bed. A cleverly designed ensuite, like the other utility rooms, is concealed behind floor to ceiling pocket doors. Fully furnished and equipped, this property has luxury features, including an intercom system, smart tv, and WiFi. It is air-conditioned and has a gas fireplace. The Strelitz Buildings, located at 30 Mouat Street Fremantle, were built in 1897 for Paul and Richard Strelitz.
