Having a secluded south facing front garden area with patio, pergola and seating is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the fresh sea air, which is literally 500 yds away from the property as the crow flies. There is free parking for 1 vehicle on the property. Spending a holiday in Mevagissey leaves you with the feeling of not wanting to leave. The space The Apartment has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers/bedside tables. Lounge area with TV/DVD player - comfy settee for 2 and separate chair. There is a fitted USB charging plug for mobile phones (you need your lead). Dining area has table and 4 chairs (for occasions when friends pop by for a meal). Radio/CD player, books and games for extra enjoyment. Fully fitted kitchen with full sized cooker, microwave. Hallway leads through to Shower Room which has walk in shower, wash hand basin and electric shaver point and a separate toilet. Outside there is a south facing garden area with patio & pergola area to enjoy a glass of wine in the summer evenings. Also there is a safe external place to keep bikes and any water activity equipment you might have. A short 8-10 mins walk down hill from Orchards Apartment is Mevagissey Harbour, full of charm and character. We have a variety of Pubs, Shops and Restaurants to enjoy. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan and a little further afield you will find Charlestown famous for the filming of 'Poldark' and also the Eden Project. The coastal path in one direction leads to Pentewan Beach - where you can get a coffee and lunch and in the other direction is Portmellon - where you will find a pub, cafe and beach. Walking along the coastal path you will find hidden coves, sandy beaches and absolutely stunning views. We have a fresh fish stall offering a variety of locally caught fish. Asda/Tesco/Aldi & Lidl stores are a short distance away. Boots Chemist is also in the village should you require it! Mackerel fishing trips and Boat Trips around the Harbour are available. Guest access The whole of the Apartment plus garden area to the front/side of the apartment (not suitable for wheelchair access) Other things to note The Apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility/wheelchair
