The house has been interior designed and has a feeling of tranquillity and peace. From the enviable interior design and thoughtful artwork to the luxury beds and contemporary bathrooms, Gallery House is jam-packed with luxury appeal. ACCOMMODATION: Ground Floor: Open Plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge – with snug area and TV. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer. Dining table to seat 8. Utility Room – washing machine Cloakroom – wc and wash hand basin. 1st Floor: Lounge - There is a step down from the landing into the lounge. 3 sofas, wall hung fire and wonderful views of St Davids Cathedral and the distant countryside and coast Family Bathroom with bath, separate power shower, wc and wash hand basin Double Bedroom with ensuite shower room Twin Bedroom 1 – rear-facing Twin Bedroom 2 – front-facing. 2nd Floor: Love Loft Master Bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, hairdyer. Other things to note: This is a pet-free property, sorry no dogs allowed. Parking is just across the road – the car park is a paid for car park and the owners will give you a parking permit (for 2 cars) on your arrival so you can use the car park for FREE. Can be rented with Gallery Nook (sleeps 2). There are 2 beaches close by – Caerfai Bay (beautiful and secluded) is a mile away and a 5 minute drive is Whitesands Bay (renowned for its surfing). Guest access The entire house is yours for your stay - relax, unwind and enjoy your stay in St Davids (Britain's Smallest City) Other things to note This is a pet-free property. Sorry, strictly NO dogs allowed. Parking is just across the road - the car park is a payable car park and the owners will give you a parking permit (for 2 cars) on your arrival so you can use the car park for FREE. Maximum occupancy is 8 to include all adults and children. An additional 1 or 2 infants (0-2 years old) will be considered if sleeping in a travel cot. There is 1 highchair and travel cot (linen not provided), please request these when booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Minimum Age 21.
