Email owner 7 days before your arrival for key code and welcome pack. Window cleaner needs access to the rear garden to clean outside windows once every 2 weeks. Gardener needs access to the rear garden once every 2 weeks to cut the lawn. Security Alarm available if required. Other things to note No smoking or vaping inside the property - Smoking and vaping only on terrace or any outside space. No Chip pans and cooking of heavily spicy aromatic food that can leave lingering smells. Bbq ok to use but not provided.
