The space Once you have climbed the necessary steps, you will be rewarded with arguably the most beautiful and spectacular view of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas, and in the evening with unforgettable sunsets over a glass of wine. This approx. 55 sqm bungalow features a modern loft concept: the living and sleeping areas are openly connected but can be flexibly separated by a new, floor-to-ceiling three-part glass sliding door or a curtain. The entire interior has been redesigned with great attention to detail. Warm colors and a smart Philips Hue lighting system create an individually dimmable feel-good atmosphere throughout the apartment. SLEEPING & BATHROOM The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a modern, walk-in shower. In the sleeping area, a high-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a back-friendly mattress awaits you. A modern flat screen at the bed allows for cozy falling asleep. Thanks to the HDMI connection, you can easily use your own devices for streaming. The modern shelf system serves as a privacy shield and offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. You can connect to an unlimited 100 Mbit/s high-speed fiber optic internet for free. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedroom ensures a restful sleep even on particularly hot summer days. DINING Right by the pool, you'll find the cozy pool bar, run by an Italian host. It offers delicious Italian dishes and refreshing drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Please note that the main »Monte Rojo« restaurant is currently closed. SPORT & LEISURE For those who enjoy staying active, the complex features its own tennis court, which you can use completely free of charge during your stay.
