The space Our house is a plain pied, so all the rooms are on the ground floor. Equipped with air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms and the studio (consumption at cost price EDF). Please note: standard rate applies to the 3-bedroom house and excludes the studio. If you want 4 rooms, you must register 8 people, in which case the surcharge for the studio will be charged. Bed linen is included in the price; towels are optionally available at 5 euros per person. Guest access The garage is private and must remain closed. Other things to note - bed linen is included - Possibility to rent towels: 5 euros per person - Tourist tax: 1.3 euros per day per adult person - Studio cleaning (mandatory if rented): 25 euros - Air conditioning consumption at cost price EDF (0.25 euro/kWh)
