The space The bungalow is extremely quietly located, individually and stylishly furnished and is located on a 1200 sqm property. Located on the edge of a residential area, almost in the middle of the forest, with few neighbors - and yet only about 30 minutes by car from Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. Kronberg / Königstein, Bad Homburg or Eschborn can be reached in less than 20 minutes. In total, up to 5 people can be comfortably accommodated on 2 levels (ground floor and basement with daylight). On approx. 100 square meters of living space there are a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 very large living room with additional sleeping option and fireplace, adjoining kitchen and large dining table. All rooms are equipped with parquet, wooden planks or tiles. There are up to 5 sleeping options inside the property: - 1 double bed (180 cm*200 cm) in the bedroom on the first floor with adjoining bathroom (shower and toilet) - 1 double bed (180 cm*200 cm) in the bedroom in the basement (shower and toilet) - 1 sofa bed (140 cm*200 cm) in the living room The living room with adjoining kitchen and dining table is very cozy with a total of about 35 square meters and furnished with love for detail. Highlights include the fireplace and the huge panoramic window with direct views of the forest. Due to the proximity to nature, we have dispensed with a TV. The living room leads directly to the 100 square meter terrace. The lovingly furnished kitchen is well equipped: dishwasher, induction stove and oven, fridge, espresso machine incl. Milk frother, kettle, rice cooker, soda stream, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils are available. Especially for the winter, the sauna, which is located in the basement and is designed for 4 people, is another highlight of the bungalow. Of course, the house has fast, free Wi-Fi access to the Internet. Bed linen, towels and everything else for a comfortable stay are available. Parking is also sufficiently available.
