Private and secure, 2 bedroom ground floor self catering apartment with private courtyard garden, seperate entrance and undercover car bay. Renovated throughout, this property is in a lovely tree lined street, walking distance to Kings Park, local hospitals, the cafe strip and excellent shopping. About 10 minutes into the city by car, and even less to the river and the University of WA. Free unlimited Wi Fi Free shuttle buses nearby The space This is a private and secure property, situated in a small block of 5 apartments. Private parking is accessed from a laneway at the rear. The laneway comes off Rupert Street and Rokeby Rd (Nicholson Rd end). Ths is a " no smoking " self catering apartment, so basic consumables are supplied to start you off, but you will need to replenish your own supplies ( toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and liquid, soaps, coffee capsules etc) as needed. PLEASE NOTE- NO ARRIVALS BETWEEN 24/12/25 and 27/12/25 or DEPARTURES during this period, without prior approval from owner. Guest access The whole apartment and adjacent small courtyard is exclusive to our guests. Other things to note As this is self catering, we provide a few basic consumables to start guests off.
