Individual and semi-detached (with the owner) of 100 m2 on the 1 st and 2nd floor, in the city center, quiet street, close to shops and leisure (indoor pool...). The house includes 3 bedrooms (sheets and towels optional on request) (1 bed of 140, 2 twin beds, 4 beds of 90), a bathroom (shower, double sink and toilet), a living room (2 3-seater sofas, pellet stove, toilet, TV, equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction, dishwasher, 1/2 sink), a sports room (Cardiotrainer, rower). Independent entrance (washing machine), garden (table and chairs, barbecue, ping pong table, bicycle shelter). Small covered terrace with garden furniture.
