The apartment is part of an apart-hotel in the center of Landau. A parking lot (Weißquartierparkplatz) is a 2-minute walk and costs €5/day. Due to the central location, all of Landau is great to explore on foot, but the train station is also a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is accessible via stairs only. All shopping facilities such as bakeries, butchers, etc. are very close. Banks, pharmacies, hairdressers and doctors are also within easy walking distance. It is particularly nice that on Tuesdays and Saturdays you can stroll through the Landau weekly market on the town hall square, which is also only a few minutes' walk away. And the variety of restaurants in the vicinity promises a wide variety of culinary delights. The modern and comfortable apartments are located in the courtyard of the Heiligenthaler Hof. The three-story three-wing building with cornice structure and corner lenses received its name from the rich beer farmer Franz Josef Heiligenthal, who acquired the building in 1786 together with his wife, who also came from a brewer family.
