The space Comfortable, modern apartment, beautiful views and in the historical centre, two minutes walk from one of Italy's most beautiful piazzas and a five minute walk to the beach and Marina. The apartment is perfect for two, has a separate kitchen and shower-room and a small terrace overlooking the cliffs and sea. We've added Air Con, Super fast fibre broadband, access to Netflix, Amazon TV and Apple TV and a Sonos surround system to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable whatever the weather! Guest access The studio is self contained, looks out over the cliffs of the old harbour towards the sea and is within a short walking distance of all the attractions of Pizzo. The apartment is at ground floor level, however, as it is in the historic part of town, access is via narrow cobbled streets which include a number of flights of stairs and therefore may be a challenge for the disabled or very elderly. The apartment is heated via the air conditioning system Other things to note Free public car parks directly adjoin our street (see the map in photos) and there is plenty of free on street parking close by (Note: charges apply in July and August when parking can be difficult). Pizzo Station (on the local line) links directly to Lamezia and Naples to the north and Tropea, Regio and Sicily to the south is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Vibo Pizzo Station (on the main line for faster connections) is a 10 minute drive. We can organise transfers to and from Lamezia Airport which is a 25 minute drive. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: The City of Pizzo Calabro has extended the City Tax for vacation home rentals. The tax of €2.00 per person per night applies from June 1st to September 30th for a maximum of 7 nights. Children younger than 16 years are exempt. We are also required to provide the names and home address(s) together with ID/passports to the Questura in advance of your arrival. Once you have booked, please help us to comply with the local regulations and provide the following detail by email: Name, age and home address of all occupants and copies of passports.
