The partly modernized semi-detached house is suitable for up to 7 people, the living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), the kitchen, the living/dining area and the partly covered, 40m² terrace. Guest access Depending on your booking on 96 -145 m² we offer you a holiday apartment in a semi-detached house with its own entrance in a quiet location. It is suitable for 2 - 7 people. The living area and the kitchen are located on the ground floor and our cozy bedrooms and the bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. - When booking for 2 people, you have at least 96.5m ² at your disposal in our holiday home and the use of the bathroom on the 1st floor. - When booking a stay with 4 people, we offer you with 2 bedrooms at least 114m² of living space. - When booking from 5 people, the entire 145m² are available, including the 2nd bathroom (ground floor).
