Our fully equipped & spacious vacation home (no fitters!) offers you 96 to 145 m² of peace and quiet. The partially modernized semi-detached house is suitable for up to 7 people. The living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), the kitchen, the living/dining area as well as the partially covered, 40 m² terrace. Guest access Depending on the booking, we offer you a 96 -145 m² apartment in a semi-detached house with its own entrance in a quiet location. It is suitable for 2 - 7 people. The living area and the kitchen are on the ground floor and our cozy bedrooms and the bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. - When booking for 2 people, at least 96.5 m² are available in our vacation home and the use of the bathroom on the 2nd floor. - When booking a stay with 4 people, we offer you at least 114 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms. - When booking for 5 or more people, the entire 145 m² is available, including the 2nd bathroom (ground floor).
