Finca Las Nuevas 'Casa Carmen' Vtar/MA/01619

Casa Carmen is an intriguing house with some unususal historical features. It has a private terrace with spectacular views over the shared pool to the mountains. It has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite); a large bathroom; separate kitchen and living room; and a second livingroom with 2 enormous amphorae sunk into the floor! The space You enter the house by one of the two living rooms. This has a comfortable sofa. The adjacent spacious kitchen is down a small step, the cooker has four rings, an oven, a big fridge with freezer and a dining table with chairs. The second living room also has a comfortable sofa and two amphorae sunk into the floor. In the old days they were used to store olive oil. The hall with a door to the big communial terrace has a bathroom with bath, separate shower and basin. The stairs lead you to the first floor with two bedrooms. One room has two single beds, and a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite room with shower, toilet and basin. Guest access In the garden is a shared pool and a wood fired hot tub (oct-mar and fee applicable). At the main terrace is a gas bbq which you can use. Other things to note In our finca we have besides Casa Carmen, 4 other holiday homes. Finca Las Nuevas is an ideal location for families, workshops and retreats, where there is enough space for everyone. As we have neighbours we can't allow nightly parties.
