Without any vis-a-vis, our family property is located on a ground of 4 hectares which has a very large garden with swimming pool, an olive grove, a small palm grove and a tennis court. Super fast Internet (Fiber Optic). Our house can accommodate up to 14 people. It is located 12 km from the train station. Dedicated to family, friends or teleworking; enjoy the calm, the garden, the swimming pool, tennis and ping-pong, while being only a few kilometers from the heart of Marrakech! The space The house is for rent in its entirety. (Staff: Other details to note) It is composed of : - 2 large living rooms - An indoor dining room - Two large terraces overlooking the very large garden, with an outdoor dining table - 6 bedrooms - 5 bathrooms - A guest toilet at the entrance of the property - A large equipped kitchen The bedrooms are composed as follows: On the first floor : - A very large bedroom with private bathroom and a magnificent terrace. - A duplex including: 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a living room with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private bathroom. - A living room open on a very large terrace and offering a breathtaking view on the vegetation, the garden and the pool. On the first floor: - 2 bedrooms with Queen size bed and private bathroom open to the outside - 1 room with 2 single beds and shared bathroom - 1 room with a double bed, a child's bed (single bed) and shared bathroom NB: The pool (15 x 4 x 1.8 meters) is not heated. For such a volume, it would simply be neither economical nor environmentally friendly. Guest access The rental is completely private on a 4-hectare property exclusively reserved for you. To enhance your experience, a dedicated staff (see "Other Information to Note") will accompany you during your stay, ensuring your comfort and optimal care. Other things to note 1. Staff Services: For an Optimal Stay To ensure a pleasant and worry-free experience, our cooking and housekeeping services are required to accompany your stay. The details and rates are as follows and should be paid directly to each staff member: Sabrina, our qualified chef: 200 MAD per day (≈ 20 USD / 18 EUR). She is skilled in Moroccan and international cuisine and can adapt menus to dietary or religious restrictions. Assistant cook: Required for groups of more than 7 people or those wanting breakfast and two main meals, at a rate of 150 MAD per day (≈ 15 USD / 13 EUR). Housekeeper: 100 MAD per day (≈ 10 USD / 9 EUR), ensuring daily cleaning and optimal comfort. Rachid can take care of the grocery shopping for you. The fee is 500 MAD per stay (up to 7 days).
