The space Apartment 19 This tastefully furnished 3-room apartment of 65 m² is located on the top floor of the house with an 18 m ² furnished south-facing balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. From the hallway you enter the large and modern living area with integrated kitchenette. Here you will find an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet also has a washing machine for free use.  The entire non-smoking apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Furthermore, in the apartment you will find a TV, a video and a DVD player as well as a stereo system with CD player. The apartment can be easily reached by an elevator. For your car, you have one underground parking space per apartment. In the basement of the house, a sauna is available for a fee.  The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. Pets not allowed. The two-story dune residence "Königin Augusta" is located in the center of the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, just a few meters from the seafront and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. There is an elevator and a shared bicycle cellar in the house. Sauna, washing machine and dryer are available for use for a fee. Each flat has its own underground parking space.
