The house includes 4 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 2 beds 160), a large living room, dining room, kitchenette with bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden. None opposite. Heated swimming pool June to September. TV, internet. Air Condition in the whole house. Summer kitchen in the garden. The house was completely renovated in 2019. Very easy to park on the street or in the church square located 200 m away. Implementation of a contract to be signed by both parties. Deposit of 2,000 euros requested.
