The house has 4 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 2 beds 160), a large living room, dining room, American kitchen with bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden. No neighbors. Heated pool from June to September. TV, internet. Air Conditioning in the whole house. Summer kitchen in the garden. The house was completely renovated in 2019. Very easy to park on the street or in the church square located 200 m away. Establishment of a contract to be signed by both parties. Security deposit of 2000 euros.
