Located 100 m from the beach, 600 m from the casino and the center, nestled in a pretty and green area The space 1. Apartment The apartment has been completely renovated in July 2018. It consists of an entrance with a coat rack and a piece of furniture to store shoes, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a living room with dining area, a bathroom, a small bedroom and a large bedroom. The large bedroom opens onto a balcony, and the living room with its large bay window opens onto a terrace. Its surface is 38 m2. It has a maximum capacity of 6 people (1 double bed in the large room + 1 sofa bed in the small room + 1 sofa bed in the living room) + 1 baby thanks to a baby cot. The apartment is located in a quiet area, and overlooks the nice garden of the residence. 2. Kitchen The kitchen is open on the living room and fully equipped. The appliances include a fridge with freezer, an oven, a vitro-ceramic hob, silent hood, microwave, dishwasher and a washer-dryer that can be useful for long stays. All equipment is of fine quality (Electrolux hood, Faure oven, Miele dishwasher and washing machine). The kitchen also has a kettle, Nespresso machine, as well as a standard coffee maker, and a toaster. You have all the necessary equipment to cook with a salad basket, a drip tray, a large cookware, chopping board and utensils. In the kitchen, near the entrance, you will find a large closet with a vacuum cleaner, a broom, an ironing board, an iron, and 2 additional folding chairs. 3. Living-room The living room has a dining area and a seating area. The dining area has a square table usable for 4 people, expandable to accommodate up to 6 people. A large dresser features all the classic dishes you need, but also elegant wine glasses and champagne flutes. Your little ones are not left out since you will also find cutlery for children. The lounge area has a 80 cm LCD TV placed on a TV stand with adjustable tray, a Wi-Fi box and HD TV, a coffee table on two levels, and a sofa for 3, which is convertible in a double bed 140 * 200 cm. You will find a duvet and pillows under the bed of the large room. The large bay window provides access to the nice and quite large terrace. 4. Bathroom The bathroom includes toilets surmounted by a water heater, a shower and a sink with storage and mirror. For more comfort of use, a ventilation is installed, and can be lit independently of the light when you take your shower. An electric towel warmer will allow you to warm the room and dry your towels. 5. Large bedroom The large bedroom has a queen size bed 2 places (160 * 200 cm). This is a chest bed, with access to a large storage space in which you will find duvets and pillows, as well as baby equipment. This bed is in very good condition, but we ask our travellers to be extremely careful in handling it, in order to avoid any risk of injury and not get your fingers caught. Also be very careful not to use the trunk in the presence of children and not to let them handle it. The mattress is comfortable, bought in 2018, and rests on a slatted frame. The bedroom has an integrated closet with sliding doors, with wardrobe shelves and drawers. A large glass door provides access to the west balcony. 6. Kids bedroom The small bedroom has a sofa, which can be converted into a very comfortable 140 * 190cm double bed, as well as a small wardrobe for storing your belongings. You will also find in this cabinet books, cards, board games, and a Super Nes for early 90’s games revival ! The duvet and pillows are under the bed of the large room. 7. Balcony The north terrace is accessible through the large bay window of the living room and includes a garden with 6 chairs to take your meal outside. The west balcony is accessible through the large bedroom and has 2 sun loungers and a small table. It will allow you to sunbathe in the quiet of the residence, read a book or take a coffee while enjoying the sun. 8. Babies / Kids Everything is planned to accommodate a baby, with a cot, a mattress, a mattress pad, a pillow, a duvet, a booster seat, a bath and a pot (you will find all this equipment under the bed of the large room). You can position the bed in the small room if it is not occupied (sofa bed in sofa position), otherwise it will stay in the large room along the bed. The booster seat makes it possible to sit a young child in a classic chair. 9. Instructions Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rent through a local partner company. For the comfort of the other residents, and to ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation, pets are not accepted. The apartment is non-smoking, please do not smoke in the apartment. It is still possible to smoke on the terrace or on the balcony, being careful not to throw cigarette butts outside. Thank you also for respecting the peacefulness of the place.
