Spacious and lovingly furnished apartment with fireplace in a quiet location and within walking distance of Lake Starnberg. Restaurants and the steamboat jetty are nearby. The location is a good starting point for cycling tours, walks or other excursions thanks to the good connection to the A95. The municipality of Münsing with shops, inns and bakery can be reached in a few minutes by car. A large public lawn with shallow lake access is a short walk away. The space The bright and spacious apartment with private entrance is on the second floor of a two-family house in a quiet environment. The spacious living-dining area offers ample space and, in addition to a dining area for four to six people, also has a cozy living area. If necessary, a highchair (Stokke Trip-Trap) is available. The existing sofa can be converted into a 1.40 m bed with a high-quality cold foam mattress in just a few simple steps. In addition to a fireplace, which provides a nice atmosphere especially in autumn and winter, there are also plenty of books and a TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player. Firewood and lighters are of course available. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Of course, you will also find everything you need for preparing meals. A Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, teapot and also a filter coffee maker are provided. The small dining area is ideal for a quick breakfast or coffee in between. Both balconies are equipped with larch wood decking and balcony furniture and offer views of the countryside. They are south-facing or southwest and offer a nice place to sit and relax in the first rays of sun. The bathrooms are new and equipped with a bathtub or shower, sink and toilet. We provide fluffy and high-quality towels in organic cotton quality for our guests. Both bathrooms have a large towel radiator. A washer/dryer is available in one of the bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which is covered with high-quality, stylish cotton satin bedding. The second bedroom has a large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which is also covered with high-quality cotton satin bedding, and a desk on a gallery comfortably under the sloping roof. The armchair in the front dressing area of the room invites you to read. In this room there is also a large closet with drawers and the possibility to hang clothes. In another room there is a comfortable sofa bed and another TV as well as a digital radio with CD player and Bluetooth function for pairing your digital devices. Check-in is contactless and uncomplicated. Free Wi-Fi, information on the surrounding area, shopping and activities are summarized in a short brochure. Check-in is straightforward and contactless. Other things to note Internet: Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.
