The space There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and one bathroom: • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (upstairs) • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (upstairs) • Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Set with Double Below & Single on Top (upstairs) • Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed & Single Day Bed (downstairs) Upstairs you'll find a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet, laundry, and three bedrooms. Step out onto the sunny deck to enjoy views of the lake and fire up the BBQ for relaxed summer evenings. On cooler days, head downstairs to the second lounge and projector movie room – perfect for cosy movie nights or extra space for the kids. This home is located on one of Taupo’s award-winning streets, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood while still being just moments from the town centre, lakefront, and all the local attractions. Other things to note • EV charging available via external power point • Off-street parking provided. • This is a privately owned Kiwi Bach. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings. • Linen: You’re welcome to bring your own or hire for $17.25 per person – please select this option when booking or note it in the comments. • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
