Aquila Villa is built on the top of a hill offering unobstructed 360° panoramic view. The unspoiled village of Drapanos is 600m away, while the organized, sandy and shallow beach of Almyrida is 5.5km away. There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village; for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa has a big open plan area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wc. There are 3 pergolas, a bbq and a huge, infinity, heated pool with a children's area. The space Aquila Villa is a beautiful house, built on the top of a hill offering unobstructed 360° panoramic view over the north coast, the fertile countryside of Apokoronas and the mountains. There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village and for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa is built on a 2000sq.m. fenced property. There are young fruit trees in the entrance, ornamental plants and herbs in planting beds, a big lawned area, 3 pergolas and a bbq; but the impressive focal point of the outdoor area is the huge, infinity and heated pool with the big children’s area. Every hour of the day the view is impressive but the sunset is magical – the sky is painted red and the lights of the villages turn on… The two floor villa consists of a large open concept area, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wc. The entrance opens to a sunlit area with a vaulted wood ceiling. On the same floor there are two bedrooms - one ensuited double bedroom and one twin bedroom - one more bathroom and a wc. Wooden stairs lead to the upper level, where two ensuited bedrooms - one double and one twin - are found. Both twin bedrooms can be turned to doubles. There is a sofa bed for a child in both twin bedrooms. Other things to note The pool is 60sq.m. and its depth is 1.2m at the shallow end and 1.6m at the deep end. The depth of the children's area is 0.5m. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost of 600€ per week. The heat pump can warm the pool 5° C above the temperature of a non-heated pool, up to 28° C. A 4 days advance notice is required.
