Beautiful apartment within the village of Chulilla with capacity for seven people with breathtaking views, perfect for climbers or hikers, who want to enjoy the village of Chulilla. The space Nice and confortable duplex apartment, inside the village of Chulilla. The house is located in a quiet area but very closed to the main town square where bars, restaurants and shops are concentrated. The climbers meeting point bar is right down the apartment. We have three bedrooms at the first floor, one complete bath and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need for a confortable stay, washing machine, oven, microwave, and also nespresso coffee machine, kettle or orange squeezer for your breakfast. At the second floor there is a open space with a sofa bed for two more people and direct access to the terrace. The newly built apartment is located within the village with wonderful views of the Turia River Canyon and the main climbing area. The apartment consists of two floors, with a capacity for 7 people. On the main floor we have 3 rooms, the main one with a double bed, another with two beds and a third with a bed. On the second floor, accessed by spiral staircase, there is a diaphanous space with a sofa bed for two more people and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully stocked, with oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. And we have a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The house has a large living room with two windows where you can see the beautiful landscape. Guest access The terrace of the building is a space shared with the apartment on the first floor, as it is also accessible from the staircase of the building. The terrace is a common space to share with the guests at the first floor apartment, as there is access also through the general staircase of the building, although from this apartment the access is direct from the attic.
