The front verandah is perfect all day round but especially, in the evening as the sun sets. Inside you will find modern open-plan living at its best. The lounge area is designed for television viewing but if you’d prefer some quiet time or catching up, the separate sitting area is for you. The kitchen is beautiful hardwood timber with a breakfast bar which overlooks the separate dining area. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. Two are furnished with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a separate television lounge area furnished with a sofa bed downstairs – perfect for teenagers or parents alike. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs making it super convenient. There is an outdoor entertaining deck equipped with a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating to enjoy alfresco dining.
