The space The airconditioned beach house has been partially renovated, keeping its original charm. There are 3 bedrooms, Dining, Kitchen, Lounge area, Office Space, Laundry with Washing Machine, Clothes line, Wrap around verandah with outdoor table and chairs. The large surrounding garden has a lockable grassed area for dogs with a fence 1.2m high. Parking is available in front yard (free). The bedrooms are: - Room 1 with Queen Bed, wardrobes and Smart TV - Room 2 with Double Bed and drawers - Room 3 with King Single Bed plus floor mattress (on request) and wardrobe. The bathroom boasts an 80's style, featuring a bath and shower along with a separate toilet and vanity. The kitchen and open living/dining area have access to the wrap around verandah. Enjoy the divine breeze while unwinding on the secure verandah, a perfect spot to relax and observe the kids playing, or to have a BBQ. The property includes a laundry with a washing machine and clothesline. Please note that the garage in the back is not available for guest use. LINEN - INCLUDING SHEETS, DOONAS AND PILLOWS PROVIDED. A dog policy will be sent to guest prior to booking. The fence is 1.2m high for dogs that may jump. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS ALLOWED INCLUDING SCHOOL LEAVERS/HENS & BUCKS NIGHTS/LARGE EVENTS/WEDDINGS/BIRTHDAY PARTIES. This is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Guest access The house and front yard is available for access. The back yard containing the shed/garage may be accessed by owner with notice provided.
