The Riverside Townhouse

Please read all info before booking. From the moment you step inside you will appreciate the spacious ambience with the large windows & glass sliding doors that draw the outdoors in, bathing the living spaces in natural light & capturing sweeping waterfront views. Gas heating, AC & ceiling fans throughout ensures your comfort.  There is a well equipped kitchen which includes a cappuccino machine and a laundry with full facilities. Enjoy a 2 km stroll into town, along the beach at low tide. The space If you were any closer to the water you would be wet. Amazing views across the water to the night lights of Batemans Bay and awesome sunsets from this spacious townhouse. Literally 20 paces to the high tide mark. Secure garage parking for your car or boat and plenty of parking outside. There is a queen and double bed and a single mattress which can be placed elsewhere. Linen is NOT included but we can supply for $15pp, $20pp for beds made or bring your own sheets and towels. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. Single night bookings incur a $100 surcharge. Tea and coffee to welcome you on your arrival and some pantry basics are supplied.  You will need to bring all requirements for your dog. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen & many extras including toys, games, dvds, books & boogie boards for the beach. House-trained dogs welcome on request ($30 fee/dog/stay). The beach is dog friendly. Guest access With the water so close, no getting into a hot car covered in salt and sand. Enjoy flexible arrival and departure times when vacancy allows. Flights come into Moruya but a hire car will be required, or it is only a short taxi ride. Only 20 mins to walk into town or catch the 2 hourly bus that leaves from the adjacent bus stop. Other things to note We now have a local IGA, bottle shop and takeaway. $30 pet fee applies per dog per stay. It goes towards frequent specialist carpet cleaning, minor damage etc. We would appreciate it if you use the vacuum if your dog sheds or brings sand inside. Linen is NOT included but is available - $15pp supplied, $20pp for beds made up. We accept single nights over the low season and may consider it at other times, depending on other bookings ($100 surcharge applies), 2 night min on weekends and school holidays, 3 night min long weekends, 4 night min Easter and 7 night min summer holidays. Enjoy flexible arrival and departure times when vacancy allows, by prior arrangement. We do not charge a cleaning fee but a $50 charge will apply if the BBQ and other cookware is not left clean.
