This apartment is rented only for short term and mid terms during all around the year. Minimum stay : 14 Extra guests charge : over 3 guests (max 6 sleeps )- there is an additional charge per each person per night (all ages) The space: The apartment is brand new and located in a boutique building facing a beautiful garden (private to the the building residence only), private parking under the building, 2 balconies (one balcony belongs to the master bedroom). Beds configuration: Master Bedroom #1 - 1 Queen size bed (160/200 cm) Bedroom #2 - 2 single bed (90 /190 cm) Bedroom #3: 1 Doube bed (120/200 cm) - "1.5 Bed" Bedroom #4 : Double bed (140/200 cm) Guest access: The guests can access a common garden which is private to the building residents only. Interaction with guests: The Guests can have a self check in at any time after 3pm with a code. We can meet the guests upon check in and check out and whenever they need anything we can be reached on (by email or telephone given to them once they book the property) Extra charges (Cleaning fees & Electricity): Extra guests charge : Over 3 guests - we charge an additional charge of 25$-30$ per each guest per night (all ages are count) Weekly cleaning: mandatory over 14 nights stay, will be charged by the cleaner (approx. 350 ILS per visit depends on working hours and num of guests). Extra bedding (80$ for up to 3 beds) are charged separately. Please notice: For longer stays over 1 month stay - one cleaning visit per 2 weeks is mandatory (2 cleanings per month): 120-140$ depends on number of guests will be charged upon check in. Final cleaning: will be added to the total price for all reservations. Electricity: is charged according to meter reading upon check out (1 ILS per 1 KW).
