The property is fully air-conditioned and is stylishly appointed. The ground floor is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that opens onto a balcony with marina and sea views. Plenty of couches/seating; smart TV; modern full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger; and a breakfast bar area with stools for dining. The balcony has a table and chairs - perfect for alfresco dining whilst enjoying our tropical climate. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. The upper level has two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe. There is a balcony across the upper level where you can sit and enjoy the views, this is accessible via the master bedroom. There is a swimming pool in the complex which guests can use (8am-9pm; no glass). Parking is in the basement area below the apartment (one parking space) plus free street parking is available directly outside the building. Guest access The whole of the apartment is available for your use. The swimming pool is shared between 18 apartments. Check-in is available after 2pm, but we sometimes have flexibility for the check-in time to be earlier if there is no same day check-out. Please ask your host. Other things to note The property is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill - it's a 2 minute walk down the hill to the Airlie Beach main street but it may take a little longer to walk back up - IT'S WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW! Please note the map on Airbnb sometimes shows the wrong location and it is closer to the Airlie Beach main street - nearest junction is corner of Lewis St/Begley St.
