We warmly welcome you to our house in the small town of Strassen. A beautiful village, framed by high mountains, not far from the sunny city of Lienz and South Tyrol. You can book weekly (arrival day = Saturday). Our house built in 2018 is very sunny with unobstructed views of the mountains and offers you modern and high-quality equipment The space Through the many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, you get plenty of light and sun with a view to the Lienzer Dolomites, the Sexten Dolomites, and the Carnic ridge. The house has two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with cooking island, a large dining table with bench and chairs, a comfortable couch with TV (65 inches), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The large terrace is equipped with seating furniture, where you can also enjoy your meals outdoors and also find an electric Weber grill. A garden with meadow and shrubs, where sun loungers are located for sunbathers, is waiting for you after a nice mountain tour. In addition, you can still relax in the 36 degree hot jacuzzi on the terrace, which is for your sole use only. Our house is a hidden gem for the essentials who don't want to miss anything on vacation. The noble interior and the fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils make amateur chefs great meals. The magnificent view of the Dolomites is always there. Our house has a private, wide access road with 2 parking spaces, including a garage space. In winter you will find many nearby ski lifts, cross country ski trails and toboggan runs. In summer, countless hiking opportunities, (gondola lifts, chairlifts) and other numerous highly recommended excursion destinations await them. Due to many of my own hikes, I will be happy to draw your attention to this magnificent mountains. Especially here in East Tyrol there are many areas that have remained natural and untouched. East Tyrol is a mountain country throughout – so to speak from the apex of the great bell to the bottom in the Drautal. Maybe even the most beautiful in all of Austria. If you are more likely to avoid mass tourism and experience an original mountain world, where tourist shootings have been very moderate and love the traditional one, you will certainly experience a wonderful holiday here.
