The house: • Sleeping areas: 2 cosy bedrooms – one double and one twin room with bunk beds. • Bathroom: 1 comfortable and functional bathroom with shower and bidet. • Two kitchens: a fully equipped indoor kitchen and an exclusive outdoor kitchen on the terrace, perfect for making the most of the warmer months. • Living & relaxation: an indoor lounge with spacious sofa beds, plus 3 fully equipped terraces with comfortable seating, a sunbathing area and an outdoor barbecue. Perfect for enjoying moments of pure relaxation in complete privacy or sharing memorable evenings with family, surrounded by the scent of the sea and the twinkling lights of the old town. The first terrace, sheltered from both sun and wind, features an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. It is the perfect spot for cooking and dining al fresco around the large rectangular table, all while enjoying enchanting views of the little Church of San Pietro and the historic heart of Otranto. A few steps lead up to the second terrace, featuring a round table and designed for a more intimate dinner or a sunset aperitivo. From the entrance to the stunning panoramic terraces, every space in the house is entirely yours to enjoy, ensuring a stay filled with freedom, privacy and complete relaxation. Other things to note Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. Located in the heart of the historic old town, the house can only be reached via a narrow street typical of the area. Access to the property and the panoramic terraces is also via stairs.
