Sleeping up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms this holiday house is split across 3 levels. Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms on the top level. The Queen master bedroom enjoys ocean views and a brand new ensuite. Bedroom 2 and 3 have King beds (which can be made into 2 x King Singles on request) and share a brand new bathroom. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Middle Level: This level is the main living areas of the house, where family and friends can come together enjoy meals, cooking together, swimming in the pool or relaxing on the front deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean enjoying the beautiful sea breezes. There are two living areas on this level, one with TV and the other looking out to the sea. The kitchen and dining areas are also located on this level - perfect for family breakfasts, lazy lunches, dinners, entertaining and away from the bedrooms. The open plan living area with amazing ocean views features high ceilings with lovely original timber beams and rafters. It connects to both the large front deck and a rear entertaining area featuring the in-ground pool. Lower Level: On the entrance level there is the fourth bedroom - this can sleep 4 guests, has a bench seat along the window, great for kids and teenagers to enjoy, and another full bathroom with bath. Fourth bedroom - offers 2 x Singles which can also be made into a King on request. The 2 Single trundles under these beds, which can be made up for an additional $150 dollars. This room can therefore sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a 150 dollars per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
