Enjoy a "Welcome Schnaps" from our private in-house distillery! The space In the lower level you enter the exclusive sauna area with courtyard and waterfall including LED effect lighting. The apartment has three bedrooms, consisting of two double rooms and one triple room. The fully equipped kitchen with brand-devices, as well as the dining and living area harmonize with the whole of the high level of comfort. The stylish bathrooms are located on each level. On the upper level as exclusive shower / toilet combination. In the lower level with bathroom and a separate toilet room. Best for families: baby gate for the child safety. NEW: We now offer our guests FREE daily access to the Mayrhofen Adventure Pool during operating hours. This facility includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a large wellness area, and 4 tennis courts (clay, outdoor), located just 250 meters away. The wellness area is free in summer, and you receive a 50% discount in winter. Guest access Especially very popular is our stable and fast WiFi access – free of charge. Hand- and bath towels, as well as soap, shower gel and private parking area is included. The 1000m² garden provides a sun-bathing lawn with recliners, secure playground with trampoline, table tennis and many more. New and great fun is the children race track with carts for every child age. As well it is very nice to barbeque in the garden. Provided is a Webber kettle barbeque, tables and benches. You are very welcome to visit our organic fruit yard and the in-house “Schnaps” distillery. Other things to note On the day of arriving it is possible to use our private parking area from the early morning on. Will try to have the apartment ready for your check-in as early as possible. On the day of check-out it is possible as well to use our private parking area. You may enquire for a late check-out on site. We may are able to offer you a late check-out on additional costs until 17.00/5pm on additional costs. Private Sauna? Yes, this fabulous apartment features the luxury of a private sauna. Daily use, in the form of a sauna token for 100 minutes, is already included in the total price. Should additional sauna tokens be required (which is usually not the case), they can be purchased on site. Continuous operation is not permitted for safety reasons. Additional guests? Please note that your booking and its total price are based on the number of people as stated in the offer/booking confirmation. If additional people are interested in joining you, this is possible upon request. To avoid duplicate costs, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly provide you with information regarding any additional costs, should extra people be allowed. For guests who are unable to travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance. Maximum number of people/infants? It is not possible to exceed the maximum number of people with infants (under 2 years old) for free. Even if the Airbnb system allows it, the booking will not be accepted in this case. Please contact us, and we will work on finding a solution. We always hand over the apartments in a clean and proper condition. We would therefore like to ask you to leave them in good condition.
