The wooded and fenced park (3000 m2 not overlooked) offers an incredible space of freedom and the very large heated pool 11x5 m (enough to play water polo!), delicately treated with sea salt, will refresh you without irritating the skin. Its large steps with a beach suitable for toddlers allow moms to watch them with their feet in the water while sipping a cool drink. For your peace of mind, the pool is secured by a roller shutter. The bowling green cleverly placed in the shade of the pines promises you long frenzied games and the ping pong table will see fathers and sons compete. Mountain bikes are available for the bravest who will discover the surrounding scrubland by pedaling (It's slippery and it's hot!!). On the large terraces you will spend long evenings chatting while enjoying a good glass of regional wine while the children take their last bath or play quietly. Naturally these gentlemen will prepare the barbecue ritual... while having an aperitif! Relax in the 4 cozy bedrooms, slip into soft double beds with memory foam. Meet in the large living room with generous volumes to have a good time together. The house is suitable for 2 families with 2 independent sleeping spaces: 6 sleeping spaces upstairs, 2 downstairs + a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. To lighten your luggage, a crib and high chair are at your disposal. The flat screen TV + DVD player will momentarily entertain the children unless they invent beautiful stories of cabins and other explorers' lives in the vast garden. The dining room and equipped kitchen will allow you to share your meals in good conditions, but you will certainly prefer the charm of the outdoors with the 2 furnished terraces (tables + chairs)! In the morning, enjoy the calm of the surrounding nature, have your breakfast under the Virginia creeper and watch the squirrels: you will see them jumping from tree to tree; you will be amused by their chases, the most daring come to drink in the pool. The birds are singing, the cicadas are still sleeping... it's a sweet moment just for you, the day is looking good. What are you going to do today?
