We will be delighted to host you at Domaine de la Forge, in Clermont de Beauregard, in our gite "La Grange Haute". We are located a few minutes northeast of Bergerac and a stone's throw from the village of Saint Georges de Monclard. Our estate is surrounded by three hectares of greenery, has a nice swimming pool and is an ideal base for all your getaways. This gite for 4 or 5 with a contemporary design has complete equipment to offer you maximum comfort. The space Accommodation classified as "furnished tourist accommodation" 4 stars. This barn, completely renovated in 2008, was designed by our friend, interior designer Joris Van Grinsven. We have taken great care of the equipment and have of course thought about the comfort of our guests first. House of 95 m² plus a covered terrace of 15 m². One bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and bathroom (bathtub), one bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and shower room (shower), a mezzanine with a 90 x 200 bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cookware, dishes in number, refrigerator with freezer part. Living room with sofa and armchair. The lounge area has a wood stove, the gite is equipped with electric radiators. Living area with table and armchairs. Washer, dryer. Parking spot. Linens are included, wood for heating is provided. There is no extra cost to be expected, everything is included including electric heating. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas of the Domaine de la Forge: - 10 x 5 swimming pool with Romanesque staircase (secured by barrier and gate to standards) - Wooded park, bicycles available, table tennis, board games. - Free tennis court 5 minutes away. Other things to note Our cottage is located in Perigord Pourpre, quiet, in a wooded environment but a few hundred meters from the shops of the charming little village of Saint Georges de Montclard. You are 15 minutes from Bergerac and 30 minutes from Périgueux, and you can quickly access the many exceptional sites that Dordogne has (castles, caves, bastides, wine route...)
