Guest access Access: The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Atri. It does not have private parking, but two large free parking areas are easily reachable on foot within 4 minutes (in Via Circonvallazione Nord and Via Domenico Ricciconti). During the summer, the center becomes a pedestrian zone, perfect for traffic-free walks. Attention: The ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) is active in the main street of the historic center during weekends and special occasions. We recommend avoiding Via del Corso when the ZTL is active to avoid fines. Other things to note IMPORTANT: At check-in, each guest must show a valid ID for mandatory registration (Police Headquarters, Abruzzo Region). A short rental agreement will also be signed, as required by Italian law. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In case of delays (e.g. flights), arrival can be extended until 10:00 PM at no extra cost, upon prior notice. After 10:00 PM, check-in is only possible upon request and has an extra charge of €30.
