Come and enjoy your vacation on the Baltic Sea. Holiday home overlooking Schleimünde The spacious living area is located on the light-flooded ground floor. It is equipped with a modern corner sofa, fireplace, library, large flat-screen TV and a Bose sound system with Bluetooth access. From the sofa you can look directly at the mouth of the Schlei into the Baltic Sea and in the evening you can admire the light of the Schleimünde lighthouse. From the living room you have access to the large terrace. End the day with a sundowner and enjoy the view of the non-public nature reserve of Schleimünde Extensive range of games in the "La Vela" holiday home In order to avoid boredom even with the children and adolescents in bad weather, the living area is equipped with a Nintendo Wii incl. board and controllers as well as an extensive game collection. On the upper floor of the "La Vela" vacation home there are two bright and high-quality furnished bedrooms. The large double beds ensure a good night's sleep. In addition, one bedroom has a TV. The balconies in front of the bedrooms have been dismantled in the meantime. Sauna overlooking the Baltic Sea The modern and comfortable bathroom upstairs has a spacious sauna (up to 100 degrees) with sauna oven, window and direct access to the shower. If you have to work on vacation, you can do so at the desk upstairs. On the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine. Directly on the property there is a large lockable shed where you can conveniently store your bicycles. Two cars can be parked in the two parking spaces belonging to the house. Children are welcome in this house. A children's travel cot, changing table, high chair, children's dishes and cutlery are provided. The stair gate, as shown in the pictures, is no longer available. The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz, located in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein on the peninsula of Schwansen near the charming town of Kappeln, is a first-class holiday destination in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany. On a site of over 150 hectares, once a naval base, a unique holiday resort was created with a variety of exceptional holiday homes and properties directly on the Baltic Sea. Guest access This vacation home has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires. In this kitchen you can cook Asian food with the existing wok, bake cakes or conjure up delicious dishes from the region. This kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Many spices are in stock, so no extra shopping is necessary. The dining area is only separated by a counter with two bar stools. From the large dining table with cozy bench you have a direct view of the beach. At this table you can spend many nice evenings with friends or family. From there, the guest has access to the south terrace, where a beach chair invites you to relax and unwind. On the light-flooded ground floor there is also a tastefully furnished guest toilet with sink and the spacious living area. It is equipped with a modern corner sofa, fireplace, library and large flat-screen TV with DVD player. The house also has a desk with a chair upstairs and a view of the Schlei. On the ground floor there is a utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine. Directly on the property is a large lockable shed where bicycles or motorcycles can be parked. Two cars can be parked comfortably in the two parking spaces belonging to the house. The entire property is bordered by a hedge and lawn. The porch running around the whole house offers the possibility to always find a sheltered spot and enjoy the time at the Baltic Sea. Filming for movies has already taken place in this house, as it has a special location, exclusive furnishings and a wonderful ambience. Children are welcome in this house. A crib, changing table and high chair are provided. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing port is only 5 km away. The Weidenfelder beach, just 2 km away, has restaurants, a snack bar and a children's playground. In addition, the beach offers a nudist and dog beach and is monitored by the DLRG during the season. The fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the Olpenitz bathing bay, leaves nothing to be desired, so you can prepare delicious meals in good company. From the living area you can directly access the large terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the nature reserve of Schleimünde, from the kitchen you can access the sun terrace overlooking the bathing bay. ENTERTAINMENT AND RELAXATION IN ANY WEATHER For entertainment on rainy days, there is an extensive range of games that will delight the whole family. The Finnish sauna, overlooking the Baltic Sea, in the bathroom of the upper floor provides relaxation in all seasons. PERFECT LOCATION IN THE BALTIC SEA RESORT OLPENITZ The "Strandhaus La Vela" is located in the northern area of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz - "On the Baltic Sea" directly on the beach and with unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea on both sides of the house. In front of the house there are two private parking spaces and a lockable shed for bicycles. The harbor promenade with an Italian restaurant, Edeka incl. a bakery and an ice cream shop are within walking distance. FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES The cottage is child-friendly, with facilities such as a children's travel cot, high chair, children's dishes and cutlery.
