The apartment provides a thoughtful layout with two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is a fun space for children with its bunk bed. The living room is equipped with a cozy sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully prepared for your needs, including a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The space The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, a washer/dryer, and a safe box for your convenience. A standout feature is the apartment's private terrace, offering a wonderful outdoor space to unwind with a drink or a meal. Key Information for Your Stay Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, as we will be cleaning and preparing the apartment for your arrival. During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) you will be able to check in at the reception, leave your luggage, and collect your keys in case you arrive before 3pm. Outside Reception Hours we offer a self-check-in option. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send you. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed. Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. On the day of your departure, please ensure all your belongings are packed, kindly take out all trash, leave the keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you. Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
