Welcome to Kelvin House, a beautiful four-bedroom Georgian townhouse in the heart of Cawsand, perfect for families and groups seeking an unforgettable coastal getaway in Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner. The space Sleeps up to 9 guests across four spacious bedrooms, this charming home boasts breath taking sea views from the family bedroom and living room, a private garden, and all the comforts of a perfect holiday retreat. The accommodation briefly comprises; three double bedrooms, a family room (a double and single bed), a traditional fitted kitchen with gas hob which opens into the dining room, two shower rooms and a wet room. The living room is on the first floor and benefits from gorgeous sea views. There is also an elevated terrace to the rear of the property, perfect for alfresco dinners. Ground Floor – Double bedroom, kitchen, dining room, wet room and access to tiered patio. First Floor – Double bedroom, shower room, living room with sofa-bed. Second Floor – Family bedroom (double and single bed), double bedroom and shower room. Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. However, please bring your own beach towels if required. The property is available to check-in on Saturday from 4pm. Short breaks may be available between October and April. The property does not have parking, however the public pay and display carpark is conveniently located a couple of minutes’ walk away and you are able to pull up outside of the property to unload.
