This classic 4 bedroom home is only 10 minutes walk to town and the beach presents you with everything at your doorstep including restaurants, local shops, library, cinema, the iconic Jetty, weekend markets and all the events Busselton hosts during the year. This 4 bedroom home comprises with 2 Queen beds, a double bed and 2 single beds. Guest access Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc) Other things to note NO SCHOOL LEAVERS ALLOWED- Please do not apply. - Noise Restrictions Apply after 9pm Week days and 10pm Weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. - Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. All pets must be pre-approved (small NON SHEDDING dogs only inside) Pets are not allowed on Furniture at any time and all pet traces must be removed prior to vacating Dogs are not allowed to bark during your stay (if going out its required that you take dogs with you so they dont threat when alone in an unknown environment) Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, No puppies accepted. No cats, rabbits or birds allowed All pet traces MUST be removed prior to vacating. No Extra guest/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes Children. MAX of 6 people allowed MAX of 2 Cars allowed to be parked at the property. We have Garage parking and driveway parking. Nature & Pest Disclaimer: Our property is regularly cleaned and professionally treated for pests once a year; however, as we are located in Australia—a country well known for its insects and critters—occasional encounters may occur. Small creatures such as flies, moths, ants, spiders, or the occasional cockroach may sometimes find their way inside, particularly near door tracks or windows. In warmer seasons, you may also encounter mosquitoes and midgies, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately, these insects are part of the natural environment, and there is nothing we can personally do to prevent them. We recommend bringing insect repellent and keeping windows and doors closed whenever possible. While we take all reasonable measures to minimize insects, sightings—particularly in outdoor areas or entry points—may happen from time to time. This is a normal part of living in Australia and does not indicate a cleanliness issue. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for the presence of insects unless there is a severe, unresolved issue reported during your stay.
