The space bright 55 m2 furnished tourist apartment, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people, including: - a bedroom with a 160×200 king size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, clothes hooks, a chair and a mirror - a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity, towel dryer, hot water tank and washing machine - a 28 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator with upper freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) a unique small cement tile table and 4 chairs, a living room with a sofa bed (140×190 mattress, sleeps 2 people), a coffee table, TV cabinet, connected TV (Netflix access 1 screen, YouTube, etc.) In view of the Fees applied by the site, I only charge a minimum cleaning fee, therefore guests are asked for a minimum of respect by leaving the accommodation clean at checkout, thank you Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as the small common courtyard depending on accessibility (possible work) Other things to note Apartment located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase.
