My place is good for families, couples, adventurers or business travellers . We have a big garden that you can even play football there. There were some fruit trees around and it's great for BBQ .We are in Pattaya city but not in the city centre .However, there are plenty of good local and affordable restaurants around, there were also two seven eleven store, shops, massage and a market just a few steps away. It makes everything very convenience to you. The space Our villa is 800 square meters (included garden). We have a big garden with trees and fruit trees in both front and back yard. Very suitable for outdoor BBQ. Inside the villa we have 2 air conditioned rooms with one kitchen and 2 dinning areas. Our kitchen have a refrigerator, microwave and a toaster. We provided free drinking water a bottle per guest a day. We also provide tower and soap for each guest for free. Fair usage policy is apply: Electricity allowance is free up to 50 kw per day. 9 Baht per unit will charge once over. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the whole house and garden accept the store room next to the kitchen. **I can arrange airport transfer, sightseeing, food deliver to the villa, private BBQ. Just let me know what you need. I will be glad to serve you. Other things to note Upon check in guest will need to present their passport or identity card. Smoking is only allow outside the house.A security deposit of THB 3,500 in cash will be need to paid once check in. Moving of furniture or taking anything out of the house is prohibited. Please do not wear your shoes inside the house.
