Quietly located in a hamlet in the heart of the Quercy causses, many hiking trails accessible from the house, 1 km from the Gouffre de Padirac, 12 km from Rocamadour, close to the Dordogne Valley and close to several of the most beautiful villages in France (Loubressac, Autoire, etc.). Swimming possible within 10 km (Saule water park, Gramat municipal swimming pool, Tauriac and Dordogne lakes). The space Quercy house with a large living/dining room open to an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master bedroom with shower room (beds: 160 x 200, 140 x 190, 2 * 90 x 200), a mezzanine with sofa bed (140 x 190), a shower room, 2 toilets, a laundry room with washing machine, a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, shaded land. Linens not provided and cleaning not included. Housekeeping service possible, to be taken when booking, with an additional charge of €70. Pets not allowed. Guest access The house is fully available for guests. A courtyard allows you to park your car. A private garden with barbecue and garden furniture is available during your stay. Other things to note A deposit check of €500 will be requested upon arrival and will be given to you upon departure if no damage is found in the accommodation. During school term, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
